Marion County Black Foot Soldier Abram Shipp has reportedly issued a statement on behalf of Indiana Black Foot Soldiers “praising God” for the death of generational Racist Indianapolis Police Regime Terrorist David Moore and calling brother Thomas Hardy, the sixty year old who allegedly testified to Moore, a “courageous ‘Resist White Police Terror’ protester.
Reportedly, Moore (who was wearing a bullet-resistant vest) was shot in the chest, the left thigh and twice in his face. He was taken to Wishard Memorial Hospital where he remained in a coma until being taken off life support.t
"We are thankful for the fall of this State Commissioned Racial Terrorist. It is fitting that his end was full of gross suffering and endured over a lengthy period of time.”

Moore succumbed to gunshot wounds suffered three days earlier after allegedly stopping Hardy at approximately 9:00 am in the 3400 block of North Temple Avenue.
We recognize the wound’s that disfigured this representative of generational racial injustice’s face were but mere reflections of the morally bankrupt system of law he embraced.
Reportedly, he served with the Regime for 6½ years and was assigned to the North District. He is survived by his parents. His mother currently serves as a sergeant and his father retired as a lieutenant with the department.th
